As a general rule, orders placed before 4pm are usually dispatched the same day, while special delivery items are guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the next working day by Royal Mail. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday and all delivery timeframes exclude Bank Holidays. They will tell you when your order has been dispatched, while you can check the status by logging into your account and viewing the 'My Orders' section.
