Shutter Blinds
The cashback tracked as expected, but now 7 weeks later it has been declined, with no reason given. I'm finding Top Cashback to be more of a miss than a hit these days. Declined and non tracked transactions seem to be happening far too often these days, very disappointing.

Absolutely disgusted with 24/7 blinds., I ordered my blind back in May 8th and payment was taken from my bank. It is now the 13th July and still no blind!! I have had to email and ring them up numerous times to chase up and keep getting told it will arrive or it's gone missing.... sometimes had no reply and it's taken me to be on hold 20mins + to get through to someone and discuss it again. Promised that by Friday 10th July in would have my blind or a refund - once again nothing. I have used 24/7 for years and always been pleased with the blinds / service but this time I have seen a big change in the service you get and sadly will not be using them again or recommending anymore. Absolutely awful customer service. Still waiting for refund too

Excellent company. Been debating which blind to go for and they were extramly helpful, as well as sending out samples so I could check the colour. My cashback went to confirmed in 48 hours without any problems. My finished, handmade, 3 year guarantee, blind was with me within 7 days. Its perfect, excellent quality, and was really easy to put up. Can't think of anything more that anyone needs from a transaction. I will definately be using them again :)

Excellent and would recommend. Blinds arrived within a couple of days. Minor problem when we fixed them, but emailed the company to see what to do-immediate response received with good advice that solved the problem. Quality price and service all first class.

To date, this has failed to track. However, I would buy the product regardless of cashback. I have ordered many blinds from this company and their service is always superb with free delivery - often next day. Prices seem always to be discounted so you can be sure of a bargain.

We needed anew blind after redecorating, and found these to be the cheapest, so ordered the blind in the evening. And 24 hours or so later, the blind arrived at our door. My only gripe was there was no instructions, but we fathomed out how to put it - it wasn't too much of a strain for my brain - thankfully. Overall, the cashback tracked very quickly, and went to confirmed shortly after; judging by my experience with them on this occasion I would most certainly recommend them.

Order placed 5 July 11 and received promptly can not fault the product but it has failed to track. Sent an enquiry after 10 days still no response, will not be ordering further blinds until this has been sorted.

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! Ordered the blinds on 5th AUG and no cashback tracked to date. I've sent a claim but still waiting.also I still don't have my blinds - several e-mails and explanations that the blind has been 'lost in the depot and a new one being made' and 'we missed the post on Friday so you'll definitely have it by tomorrow are now wearing thin and I'm filing a claim via paypal as I'm not waiting any longer.

Products, customer service and speed of delivery 5 star. However, despite visiting site via Topcashback, no cash back was received upon order in the first instance. Subsequent mail to Topcashback to notify of this did prompt a response and eventually cashback was rewarded. Thank you now a very happy camper!

A very poor experience. The blinds didn't track and 4 months after raising an enquiry ticket, a couple of emails and several nudges later I've still not heard anything. I have to ask myself, why do companies like this bother with cashback sites. 247 Blinds are obviously not equipped to deal with it professionally and ultimately it leads to negative feedback on the net and by word of mouth.

Avoid! Ordered a grey blind and they sent me brown. They will not accept liability for their error and refuse a refund. Absolutely shocking customer service, the worst I have ever experienced. Very unprofessional company.
