Slow, declined had be chased up after 14 weeks to have to wait another 2-3 weeks for payment eventually, only got paid because I chased it up directly with 3 , that said £60 off my bill so next 3 months free

Signed up for a new contract expecting £60 cashback. Didn't track so posted a missing cashback claim. Was offer £15 settlement a few months later, which I declined, and one year on I'm still waiting for the money. Pretty poor really. If they're not going to pay the cashback as advertised, then don't advertise it at all.

Eventually paid but not the correct amount, ticket been open for shortfall since to no avail. Both Three and TCB won't be getting my new mobile contract with this kind of service.
