Awful. Tracked as £80 then declined 4 months after contract started. Absolute Scam. No response now after 4 months of chasing. Will be cancelling and moving after last 4 months are up

Don't waste your time! 6 months into the contract they tell you the cashback is declined because there is no record of the transaction, even though you are on an exclusive deal provided by topcashback.

Cash back tracked, got sim, contract up and running for the three months but now declined. No reason given. Have opened claim but kept running around in circles asking for 12 digit order numbers Three claim they know nothing about.

Three mobile sim and Top Cashback offered me 40£ cash back this was brilliant over other cash back and this led me to opt Three mobile sim from top cashback otherwise I would haven;t noticed and opted with my existing mobile operator. Took almost 4 months but it did give me the cash back. Overall experience was great thanks Three and TopCashBack

Three have refused to give me any cash back. Although i am entitled to £50. with the contract i took. I still have a contract with them so i do not understand why they wont credit my account with the promised cashback. i have not defaulted or cancelled my contract.
