A non payer. Can't trace the transaction based on their own account details, seems unlikely to me. The site's ok for the gamblers, jackpotjoy is better, don't do it just for the cashback though.

***LOOK HERE*** Don't use 888 for cashback! Use their £88 FREEPLAY (with no deposit and therefore no risk) and they will give you £20 as a bonus. Play this £20 according to their wagering requirements (x30) on even money bets (50p) and you get to keep the money. I received a cheque for £100.00 (after playing for about 5-6 hours). It beats the slim chance of getting £26 in 12 weeks' time! Just Google '888casino £88 free'. Good luck!

There is something about 888 that feels dishonest. Just try and get % payout info on their slots! I obeyed all the T&Cs but they refused cashback. There are better online casinos that are open about their business

Not only I never received my cashback, now they don't want to give me my money. It is written on their website in my account that I have AVAILABLE (money to play or withdraw) £101 and RESTRICTED £0.30. They said that I haven't met the wagering requirements??? what part of the "available" isn't clear??? Do not bother to play with them there are some many other ones!!!SCAM!!!

Took two months and TCB to chase up the cashback, but has finally tracked as confirmed- hopefully will be paid out soon.

Registered and played for a couple months. Cash back didn't track and 6 months later I'm just told 'Customer doesn't meet T+Cs for cash back'. No way I didn't complete the wagering requirements. Feel totally ripped off.

Trust me people, AVOID like the plague. I am a bit of a casino fiend and they are notorious for being either slow or not willing to pay cashback. 888.com are in fact the worst yet, no tracking whatsoever and then 6 months later a statement says "did not meet t&c's". If that was the case, 888 should have said this right away - don't wait 6 months!

Despite all the Negitive comments here, I have had no problems at all. I wonder if they are negitive just becasue you didnt win!!! I deposted £50 and got £50 bonus. So i took my £50 straight out and that left me £50 free money plus the cash back, thats £75 for nothing!!! True you cant withdraw your bonus untill you have placed a certain amout of bets, but fi you could they would just go bust wouldnt they??? You can take out all the money you win with Bonus cash, so far im up £19 in real money, not including cash back or bonus cash. No good leaving a bad review just because you loose! And a note to the guy who deposited £30 instead of £20, if you cannot mangae a simple deposit, perhaps you shouldnt be playing! lol Good luck all

Tracked initially then disappeared. TCB chased but 888 refused to pay. The points that you need to attain to qualify for cashback take a lot of cash to amass. Best avoided.

Oh my god..AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I deposited £30 instead of £20 and got £30 automatic bonus (i didnt even ask for it). There I called them up what are the wagering requirements for me to withdraw money. They said x30 the bonus. That means £900. There is noway a person can continue to play for £900 without losing. So the main motto of bonus is to make you lose all your deposit since they wont let you withdraw unless you have played 900quid. Eventually I lost my 30quid deposit aswell.... just awfully clever people they are... FAiled to track aswel, will have to submit a claim and hope it goes through. From my personal experience I definately wouldn't recommend.

Wagering £130 could be made up of laying 130 x £1 bets though, couldn't it?. And hopefully winning quite a few of those times. I deposited the £25 minimum and got a bonus which brings me up to £56 to play with, so we'll see what happens. Interesting that practising on the "mot real molney" account I had lots more winnings than when I started with real money! Hope this isn't a fiddle to suck folk into thinking its easy and chucking their money in. Will report back after a few more goes

In case anyone's wondering, you get 1.5 comp points for wagering £10, so you're going to have to wager £130 or so to get the cashback. Hope that helps!
