	I got to spain & I didn't get the car I wanted. The car was awful. The insurance wasn't explained so I didn't even know I was charged for it. It was goldcar rental. I won't use this service again.

	Avoid like the plague. They do not respond to emails/calls and have not sent my booking confirmation. Cashback did change to confirmed but I'm not expecting any payout to be honest.

	DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Paid deposit, car rental company never received booking, and could not get through to carrentalbookers when in country. Was left without car, as couldn't get through another compnay when needed. Have since had no response to contact since returning home.

	Absolutely shocking. They do not answer the phone, respond to emails and the skype address does not work. The voucher for car hire did not arrive on time and had to hire a car at the airport at a much higher cost. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

	Purchase value £139.02. Deposit paid £33.41 payable on collection of vehicle 179.83 Euro's (£152.40 approx). The figures don't tie up. Unable to contact them by phone. 1st email ignored. 2nd email did get response but didn't seem to grasp fact that balance outstanding more than original quote besides deposit already paid. Avoid.

	Beware! The company only asked for £10 upfront as deposit. My friend was not allowed to pay the full sum in advance. Result? 81p in cashback rather than 8% of £70, which would have been nearly £6. Not happy.

	Excellent service. Have not picked up the hire car yet but am sure everything will go according to plan. Have booked previously, last year, and that was OK.

	I booked a car via Car Rental Bookers for our trip to Santorini. I was advised to meet the car rental company (Odyssey car rentals) at the airport. Our flight arrived early and waited at the airport for 2 hours but the car rental company did not show up. I tried calling Odyssey a number of times but they did not pick up the phone. I also tried calling Car Rental Bookers but it went straight to voice mail. I ended up giving up and hiring a car from another company. On my return to the UK, I tried contacting Car Rental Bookers a number of times to request a refund but they still have not contacted me back. It has now been over 3 months since my booking. I would not recommend this company as the customer service is incredibly poor and there's no guarantee of getting the car that you requested.

	Did not track, retailer never answered cashback claim at time of booking (1/3/10). Nudged this a few times to no effect. Then left it until after the hire (i.e. until paid in full) then bumped claim (23/9/10). Still waiting on reply from retailer, a month later, and nearly 10 months after placing the order. VERY POOR cashback service. I would NOT use them again! Less cash back is worth more than empty promises. The Car hire (Cyprus) was cheap (although I saw cheaper later) but supplied car wasn't up to standards I'd expect (unless this is typical of Cyprus? My first visit). Electric mirrors, remote locking, windscreen washer didn't work. Had to take car back next day (landed at night) as front tyre was almost bald on the edge (i.e. tracking was out).

	After booking my car hire through this company. I called to check progress, they promised callback. Never heard another thing. Luckily I knew of a company in Spain I had used before who sorted me out with a good deal. This is a follow up to my 1st review. The last thing anyone wants is to be chasing car hire when you think you have it all sorted out!!! So just be carefull with this company..

	Beware. I booked this car hire on the 25th Feb 2010, cashback shows no problem. Problem is even after calling them I have no Voucher hence no car. No comms at all. Now getting worried as they have taken my deposit

	Tracked quickly and no problems, even got a free upgrade as car hired wasn't available.
