Great cashback and insurance rate. However, like any insurance policy, the quality is only tested when it comes to claiming on it. With RSPCA Pet Insurance, my own experience is that there is so much difficulty in trying to get hold of a claim form or to speak to a customer advisor. I would never purchase from them again - in spite of a great cashback rate.

Took out 2 policies with RSPCA over 3 months ago and the payment STILL isn't available. It hasn't even been confirmed yet which is ridiculous. Should have read the reviews first I think!!

Mine is late in becoming payable. Looks like they are a month behind on expected payment dates so fingers crossed I will get it next month
