Validation period is approximately 30 days from appointment date, not booking date.
Bookings must be completed fully online.
In the event you need to make a cashback claim then please provide your 7-digit reference number provided by the AA.
Customers booking AA Servicing and Repairs in conjunction with any other AA offers will not be eligible for cashback.
Any queries related to missing cashback must be submitted to TopCashback with a valid 7-digit AA reference number to validate. Queries submitted without this information will be not be processed. Missing Cashback Claims may take up to 6 months to be processed.
Customers should not contact the AA directly for any queries.

Should your cashback fail to track automatically, please submit a 'Missing Cashback' claim within 100 days of your order.
