	Disappointed - purchased Buildings and Contents Insurance at the end of July 2014 and following numerous chases, at the end of May 2015 I am yet to receive any cash back or reasoning.

	Have no issues with the insurance policy, but AA cancelled my cashback (£38) fairly quickly after it was registered. 5 months later (after raising a claim) it's still not been paid.

	Received nothing after taking home and contents insurance, avoid if only reason its cheaper is due to cashback, i will not be using TOPCASHBACK until i get paid. needless to say the AA will never get my trade again, from me or my family.

	I purchased buildings and contents insurance from aa after searching several comparison sites. They were the cheapest and their reviews on cashback payments were very good. However, after over 6 months of waiting for it to become payable I had more or less given up on ever receiving my cash back, but as they say never say never, as my cash back from AA became payable today - hoorah!!

	Adding my gripe to others on TCB. Have been waiting for cashback from AA homer insurance since Jan 2014 and to be honest not expecting anything after this long. "Faster paying mechant" who are they kidding, TCB please look at other peoples comments??. Price I paid was good so happy with that aspect but don't know why TCB allow them to advertise on their site when they are clearly not paying out cashback, maybe they should rename themselves to "NoAAcashback.co.uk". If you want a good price then use the AA but factor into the price that you won't get cashback before settling on them. I have an ongoing dispute with TCB wrt this payment but they seem powerless to resolve the issue.

	Utter CON!! i have now been waiting TEN MONTHS and still have received NO cash back as promised! It hasn't even moved from the ‘Pending’ column! I have sent numerous emails to both Topcashback and the AA, the AA have never even replied, and Topcashback basically just keep saying....please wait...... even longer! I'm am not impressed at all, nearly £20 is expected and made the difference between choosing the AA or somebody else........after this I WILL NOT use the AA again!

	Took out a policy in March for contents insurance, took forever for the cash back to come through but finally cleared and paid out last week around 28th July but not before chasing through TCB.

	Hi there, As we are only able to provide estimates, we do ask that members allow around a further 4-6 weeks for the cashback to come through from the estimate provided and I am glad to see that although received a few weeks later than expected, your cashback came through for you. 	As other's here bought building and contents insurance with the AA, in February - advised that it was pending by TCB in February - where it stayed until July, then it was declined - no reason given. Shocking behaviour from a respected brand name. Will be avoiding AA in future - not they'll lose any sleep over it.

	I'm not sure how they have "faster paying" under their name as I purchased buildings and contents insurance back in January and it's just changed to payable 7 months later! I still recommend however, as they were the cheapest quote and the best for my requirements. Cashback is a bonus after all and I'm just happy it's finally paid out.

	Over 4 months have gone by and this is still Pending.... Payable in 7 weeks we are told?? Don't expect cashback in a hurry here, and certainly don't choose AA for the cashback!
