Same as previous people have said. Placed the order, cashback tracked (albeit at the -vat price). I received the goods then a few days later the cashback was declined. I have opened a dispute but don't expect to get the cashback. This seller shouldn't be on here as its basically conning people into placing on order offering money they know they aren't going to pay.

was expecting £27 cashback from active sport nutrition after buying loads of whey protein. but they didn't want to pay and made the excuse of "failed security checks" when in fact the whole transaction went smoothly. i would just like warn customer if your going to use this retailer don't expect any cashback from them as if the retailer does not accept the cashback then topcashback can not do anything so don't use this retailer for your supplements purchases

CASHBACK IS EXCLUDING VAT - DISAPPOINTING AS NOT STATED IN IMPORTANT INFORMATION.
I was expecting £4.24 cashback which is 10.1% of the purchase price which was £41.99. However unfortunately Active Sports Nutrition have only tracked 10.1% of the price excluding VAT of £7.00, which is very disappointing as it was not stated in the important information.
