Terrible experience with this retailer I never received my cashback of nearly £5 and after nearly 16 months of trying got a message from tcb to say that the merchant won't be paying out despite having all the order information...not impressed at all.

Ordered a product in Dec it arrived fine no problem but since then i have been waiting for the £20 cashback that i should be getting and they wanted to know the ins and outs of a ducks bum to submit a claim........ Im not holing out any hope of getting this cash tho.

i have used this catalogue for a while and always found it to offer good quality for low prices so when i found i could use top cash back i was extremely pleased. However after buying items in february I am still waiting for cash back to be confirmed. I feel this has been an extremely slow response from a merchant that I have had so much faith in. I do however hold out hope and will continue to use the site through topcashback.

Not very impressed with them, i tried to claim £14 for a purchase and they wouldnt acknowledge it. I paid for the item, and they wanted obscure numbers which i didnt have as i had an online account. I gave additions my account number and order number and still they wouldnt pay.
I had the item £5 cheaper than elsewhere but the incentive of a further £14 worked out cheaper. Wish i had known they wouldnt pay out.
