The cash back took exactly 7 months to be paid, which is an extremely long wait. The communication from Topcashback was very dismissive.

Cashback declined due to not being "last referral". Strange how it tracks perfectly OK, then when it comes to paying out there is an issue!

Cashback never materialised. TopCashBack seem to not want to help me. I'd avoid if you expect to actually get paid. My policy is almost due to end, and still they refuse to pay out.

Refused to pay cashback, and offered no explanation why. They then added a hire car insurance to my policy with no instruction to do so, at an additional £20 per month! I cancelled this straight away but had to pay a cancellation fee of £30. Admiral are a scam.

Competitive premiums for young drivers but don't bank on the cashback. Like others £35 cashback never tracked, manual claim raised which was refused months later with a reason 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'. Absolute tosh ... cleared cookies, no search engine or previous quotes used.

It not top cashbacks fault but something smells fishy on Admirals side! I only used them because of the cashback of £35. After waiting for nearly 6 months Admiral they don't even have a vaild reason not to pay out and give nothing.Hmmm its funny how that cashback offer has now been taken off! Waste of beer time if you ask me. Never again!

Absolutely abysmal. Be very, very suspicious of this merchant. Cashback did not track; took over 6 months to declare refusal; Admiral claimed commission paid to another party but would not state who - how convenient that they can hide behind a confidentiality clause! Thankfully TopCashback stepped up to the plate and offered a partial award despite receiving nothing from Admiral.

what a complete waste of time!! waited since april for cashback only to be now told that i wont be getting it(without any adequate explanation i hasten to add) and unsurprisingly, the car insurance cashback has now been removed from the tcb site! coincidence???? judging by all the comments on here, I think not! sounds to me like cashback was never going to be received all along!! well, at least thats a company I can rule out of using again! If they cant honour a simple cashback claim then heaven help me if I ever have an accident and hav to rely on them to pay out for my car!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not use. After TopCashBack chasing Admiral for me for 6 months they have eventually been told that Admiral will not pay me my cashback. What a waste of time. Why have a deal on here and then not pay. DISHONEST MERCHANT. DO NOT USE. I HOPE THIS REVIEW COSTS ADMIRAL MORE IN LOST BUSINESS THAN IT WOULD HAVE DONE TO PAY ME THE CASHBACK.

Totally disappointed. Waited for 6 months, but still did not manage to get cashback. Initially tracked my transaction but later said it was via another marketing channel, hence no cashback. :(

Bought car insurance in March just been informed that I will not be receiving cashback as it has been paid to another company! This is total nonsense as I only use topcashback. If you want to be paid cashback dont use this company, imagine if you had to make a claim, you would have no chance. DONT USE

I purchased this insurance on 5th May 2011 and it is now 22nd October. No cashback and by the looks of it I am not the only one. I only purchased this insurance because of cashback but it has taught me a lesson, dont rely on cashback. Shame on you Admiral, I would never use your company again. As another person said previously, what chance do you have of them paying out on a claim if this is how they treat their customers using cashback?

If you are hoping to get cashback, do you use this merchant. Cashback tracked but payable was 0.00. I bought insurance in May, it's now September and I am still yet to see my £35. Rubbish. Avoid, there are far better options.

Transaction tracked quickly in May, but then after waiting 4 months the cashback, £35.35, was marked as zero by Admiral. I note that Admiral are no longer offering cashback so despite me having to submit a missing cashback enquiry (over 100 days after the transaction) I suspect it is unlikely that I will get the cashback as promised. Very disappointing. Shame on you Admiral!
