Never received my cashback. Raised a claim it was refused as I used an authorised voucher. Did not make sense, got fed up chasing up as very poor success rate for cashback.

Would never use this company again. I purchased my item, and submitted my claim to Topcashback, and have received an update which states..... I am sorry to tell you that your claim has been declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction. What a discrace. These companies want us to use this site to purchase their products, but then dont want to pay us the cashback. I wish I could give them zero stars.

con merchants so much for offering £15 cashback on speakers in dec 11,cashback never tracked and getting fed up of sending nudges that dont get a response would not recommend anyone buy for their cashback offers.As the saying goes if it looks too good to be true then it is.Shame on you

Abysmal. Have been waiting well in excess of 14 months for cashback on the purchase of a popcorn hour c200. Topcashback seem unwilling or unable to deal with the issue even after frequent nudges and enquiries and will never buy from the retailer again.
