Transaction took place in January 2021 and was eventually paid in November 2021 after being declined on several occasions and following monthly nudges. I would NOT use this company ever again.

My cashback was refused. Checked T&Cs and there is absolutely no reason at all for the cashback to be declined. Only purchase from this merchant if they genuinely have the best offer for you; do not purchase solely for cashback because chances are you may not receive it!!!
