“All went wonderfully smoothly and quickly” is how one TopCashback member described their experience of shopping with the airline through us after deciding to leave a review. While you will find reviews from customers disappointed their cashback did not track and others who did not receive the amount they were expecting, plenty of members were obviously delighted with their experience. Some of the positive comments include “great to get discount on airfares via tcb. Easy to order”, “prompt tracking and payout — well in ahead of my flight”, “cashback was payable before we took our flights, which is unusual” and “no problem with the cashback. Will use it again”.

I have used Topcashback for a number of years, with most transactions going through without any problem. I have saved over £1000.00 by using Topcashback. That said... My transactions with Airfrance have been very dissapointing so far. On August 16th 2013 I purchased four flights through Topcashback at a cost of over £2250.00. Unfortunately the transactions failed to track and on 25th August I submitted a missing transaction report. Since then I have sent 3 nudges, all to no avail. Today JANUARY 7TH 2014 I have sent another message to Topcashback asking them to look into it. The flights went without a hitch. Shame that so far Air France have not honoured their commitment but I am still hopeful that Topcashback will sort things out for me, as they have always done in the past. Ongoing...

Have been trying to get my cashback for 6 months after spending £1500 on flights through TopCashBack. Finally given up. I recommend anyone wanting CashBack goes to another company. Also Air France customer service generally terrible - especially when I tried to purchase extra luggage - when I found it wasnt possible online the phone calls cost me over £10! Flights were ok but the hassle with the booking and the disappointment on losing the CashBack mean I will NEVER be booking with Air France again.

Cashback didn't track, and after lodging a complaint it was decided that I would not be receiving the cashback. Really annoyed about this as I spent £1400 with them

I doubt this will have any effect but here goes... Air France are really very good. No, VERY good... once you get on one of their aircraft that is. However, their management of the 'Bag Drop' at airports, and I have experienced the same thing at a number of their destinations now, is pathetic. Why bother with online check-in when everyone waits the same amount of time regardless of the line you are waiting in! Then there is boarding. Most other scheduled airlines do boarding by seat rows, starting from the back. Air France... no. You could be row 30 and you and everyone behind you waits while someone in row 4 puts their bags in the overhead locker, then their coat, then remembers something they need from the bags, retrieves the item then replaces the bag, etc etc.... Boarding the back rows first is a simple and efficient solution for a quick and stress free boarding for passengers and crew alike, but clearly beyond a low common sense airline.

As a first-time user of Top Cash Back, I very much hope that their payment will be forthcoming to prove the system actually works. It will be some months before I know whether the supplier service by Air France is up to the expected standard.

Tracked quickly and payable very quickly. Service from Air France was also very good especially as we travelled just before Christmas period when there had been all sorts of problems with the snow.

Only about a third of the value of my flight tickets tracked. Despite making a claim for the remainder, I am still waiting for acknowledgement/payment some 5 months later.
