Poor service from Topcashback
Cashback rejected as Topcashback said the network agency did not recognise my ISA reference number provided by AJ Bell. I kept insisting that was the only reference and account number I was provided with but I was just met with 'computer says no', reference number not recognised by the network agency. I contacted AJ Bell directly to ask if there was any other reference number for my valid account 'behind the scenes'. They confirmed the number was correct and the error was not mine and gave me more than the quoted cashback for the inconvenience. Topcashback should seek to learn from and resolve what went wrong in the interests of customer service rather than automatically conclude the customer is in the wrong.
