Very slow to pay the cash back and had to keep on at top cash back to chase it up three times. not good

Top Cash Back
Company very slow to make Cash Back Payment. Booked holiday in February 2024, paid in full at this time. Had to ask Top Cash Back to investigate as it had been several months since going on this holiday and still payment not received. Payment has now been paid and claimed today.

Do not book your holiday on the basis that you will get the cash back
In Jan. 2022 and Feb. 2022 I booked 2 holidays with Alfa. The holidays were good but it is now FEB. 2023 and I still have not received any cash back. I have submitted a couple of nudges but have been told by Top Cash Back there is nothing they can do as they are still waiting for the payment from Alfa. The estimated payment date was 8 weeks but 13 months later nothing has arrived.

I presume Alfa have stopped participating due to the economic climate as I have had no cashback from purchases made Seoy 2020 and May 2021 total due £79 37.I can understand this but why are they still on this website if they are no longer paying out.
