	I’m so impressed with AliExpress I’ve stopped buying from high street shops , as the prices are so much cheaper on this site . I love receiving my parcels and if something doesn’t arrive Ali refund the item with no quibble, and very quickly.

	Be prepared to pay P&P for items that are fake, not as described, or with quality issues. Also to speak to a Rep is near impossible; you have to use the automated system and will struggle to get the right answer. Near impossible to get Live chat.

	Bought £226 worth of stuff in Oct 2019 but cashback declined after 6 months. Not just because of declined cashback but for other apparent reasons I am not going to buy from them again.

	I am lucky, been a Platinum member for several years, my orders always track almost instantly, their is a consistent good rate of cashback is always on offer, and although it takes forever sometimes, its free money! due to the long shipping times and long complaint windows its understandable. Only time I have not been paid is for cancelled or disputed (refunded) orders. I wish many big name UK companies were as reliable as my experience of Ali has been.

	Terrible. Buy a pair of shoes and 7 months later I'm still waiting for the £2.50 cashback. Hope they don't think I'm just going to let this go. That's not happening.

	Tracks most purchases, but many higher value purchases are declined. I think they are a little dishonest, but for smaller transactions it works great.

	Cashback generally tracks ok (but takes ages, sometimes over a year to payout), but larger purchases have a pattern of being denied.
