AllSaints is a brand which you buy for the style, and not for the quality, because the quality is poor. But the cashback rates are nice, only the cash-out takes long. Customer service is very good.

Have used many times and has always tracked but on last purchase cashback did not track, a claim was logged but All Saints refused to pay the claim. Disappointed in the retailer to say the least!

Happy with amount of cashback, however goods overpriced for quality offered. Had to return a second online order and had to pay almost £10 in postage for doing so! Unlikely to shop with them again.
