Went in Sept 2011, tracked at £0.00 which notes state will change, then never paid out and cant claim as now over 100 days - WILL NOT USE AGAIN!!!

Booked in February for a visit in June. Cashback never tracked, i missed the 100 days to query as i was unaware of timelimit. Did not get a penny.
Cashback need to sort out this kind of misleading transaction.

Stayed at the hotel in January, cashback showed as pending very quickly with payable date of February 2011 but so far has not been confirmed by Alton Towers. I can not submit claim as over 100 days. Message to Alton Towers: We had a great stay at your hotel but please could you confirm my cashback. Thank you

I had to submit a claim to ask for the money as it was not automatically given to me and it took a long time to receive the money, i'm still waiting on Alton Towers to give you the money. Still, your customer service has been good.

I booked our Alton Towers stay through the Top CashBack website in February 2011 (for a visit also in Feb). I still haven't received my cashback for this visit to Alton Towers, despite several "nudges". Will not use for Alton Towers again, very disappointed.
