Terrible. Constantly having to track the cashback and open claims to get this sorted. I wouldn't bother - it's just not worth the admin headache!

Tracked well until July, then nothing since - had to log missing claims, none of which are moving. Not sure what has changed, they used to be so reliable.

I have made two purchases through offers with Amazon in the last 3 months, neither have tracked properly - one for a significant cashback amount. Both I had to put a claim in for and still 3 months later they are still 'waiting to submit' to retailer. Was advised these would go in the next batch of submissions but no status change. Not impressed.
