I paid for a hire car through America car rentals for a holiday to Florida. I then received an email saying I had to confirm it was a genuine booking or it hey would cancel it! I tried to call the lady who had emailed me and left a message, a couple of hours later a got an email saying my booking had been cancelled! I phoned again and was assured that the booking was re instated and cashback would not affected. When I got to the airport and presented the voucher I was told booking was cancelled! Had to pay again and wait for uk office to open to resolve.Terrible experience, this happened in February this year and still not a penny in cashback or any money refunded as a customer service gesture. Aviod at all costs.

Great experience with this merchant. They had they best priced car hire so booked with them. 1 days later budget had a sale on that made them cheaper but ACR kept to their price promise and re-quoted a lower price than budget. Can't get better than that. No problem with paperwork for actual hire car, all went smooth. Cashback payment tracked and paid with no problems. I will certainly be using them again.

Great merchant. I was going to America and needed to hire a car, so did it through America Car Rental. They compare several different providers. I found what I was looking for at an incredibly low price and then, to top it off, got a yummy 10% cashback thanks to Top Cashback!
