My application was not tracked for several weeks but once I nudged TopCashBack it was resolved in a few days. The amount of cashback is hard to predict from the vague range given: 10-40 pounds. Mine turned out to be 27, but it would be nice if it was a bit more transparent.

Had to put in claim but this was sorted withi in a week. I didn't get the full £40 though, don't know why seeing as have spent £500 on the card since receiving it!
