Wow - what great service. Ordered some golf balls at 5:20PM - there was a problem with the credit card, which was resolved quickly over the phone (even though the support line for the webiste was officially shut by then). The order was delivered by 9:20 the next morning, despite the fact that I'd opted for the free 2-5 working day delivery option.
