Pretty Poor, Spent over £230 odd quid and refused to pay the cashback, wont be using again, as item sent was also incorrect and resent item wrong as well.

I bought some dewalt work boots from this company and the cashback
tracked quickly but for lower than the expected amount.
Work boots are classified as zero VAT rated but VAT at 20% was taken off
the purchase price before cashback was calculated.
Also the £5-00 delivery charge was not included in the cashback calculation.
Therefore instead of the advertised 4.04% I received 3.07% cashback.
