Would not recommend. AO denied my cashback stating I had clicked via a site I've never even heard of and then blamed the company they use to facilitate the CB process. Spent a significant amount of money and this left a very bitter taste in my mouth. Would not use them again. Second star is for the delivery staff who were excellent.

I don't usually review merchants but twice I have made large purchases and both times declined. Always the same excuse too - that it's wasn't the last link pressed. Impossible for me to prove otherwise. Strange how I don't have that problem with most other retailers... think I'll stick with Curry's in future.

Really disappointed that current cashback offer only 1% of my £1679 purchase when 6% was offered at time of purchase. Have put in a dispute & waiting for AO feedback. Really annoyed as would have bought from Marks who do honor their cashback offers!

Shopped on AO for Black Friday. The deals were great, the cashback rate was fantastic + they added a sneaky extra discount code. I was able to call their customer service a few days letter and save MORE money by finding the items cheaper elsewhere online (and they refunded me the difference). Really positive shopping experience, the telephone staff were A+.
