I have mixed feeling about my experience with buying from Ao.com via top cashback! The first time I bought from AO was just before Xmas 2016 and it was for 11% cash back on Bosch laundry goods, so I bought a new heat pump tumble dryer and in February I received the 11% as expected. In March I bought a Samsung American fridge freezer at a listed rate of 2.62%. The sale tracked at a lower rate, but the on site notes said not to claim before the cash back was confirmed, so I waited, keeping a regular check for conformation, I missed the confirmed status and found it payable at the lower rate! I put my claiming to topcashback and they have agreed that it is wrong and will be uplifted to the correct amount next time they put a claiming to the merchant that handles the cash backfor AO. So just because it worked correctly once does not meen that it will work correctly everytime!

I was led to believe that I would receive more cashback than I did. 2.62% is listed for a washing machine, although I did use a code so was expecting at least 1.05% I seem to have got 0.96%.
