Eventually paid out here but I had a problem with additional manufacturers payout due to premature disappearance of payout link by AO. Then they blamed the manufacturer and were unhelpful and dismissive online. AO need to improve in customer service!

Very disappointed with AO.com for the first time. On payment page it won't even go through to bank verification but a pop-up appears to ring them to finish the order. Unfortunately this resulted in not only missing out on cashback but having to repeatedly refuse insurance on the purchased product. Call me cynical, but I felt that this insurance sale was the whole purpose of not being able to pay online. Hoping sincerely that this was a one-off because have had good experiences with AO.com before. Would be interesting to know if other people have had this problem.
