Whilst iTunes is an automated service, it is extremely simple to use, has immediate results and billing is always prompt. iTunes is slightly more expensive than some other music sites but I am happy to pay for the use of their service.

I found ITunes a great, easy way to download songs. My iphone connects to the store and then all i have to do is type a song name and I have a list of options. I like the way you can listen to a clip of the song before you buy to make sure it is the correct one. Buying the song is cheap and easy, couldn't really ask for any more from a music download store.

After buying a few singles and an album 2 days later it tracked and has been confirmed within two weeks.
Only downside is the cashback rate doesnt seem to include VAT. For Example, 99p song you will be paid cashback for 79p but the VAT isnt included.
Still got some cashback though so would recommend to use again. :)
