Had 1 item delivered 3 weeks late. One appliance was faulty, initially they tried to replace with a different part and then failed on further 2 deliveries. Cusomter service was non existent. Wish I had never used them and certainly wouldn't recommend. Use Electrical123 or Ultimate Appliances, both offer a much better service.

Very disappointed. We chose this retailer because the cashback made the price much more attractive. Even spoke to salesperson on the phone before placing the order to find out the correct steps to take and was reassured that we could claim. After three months our cashback claim was refused and,despite putting in a customer care ticket, TCB did not come back with any feedback. Happy with our product (although they did deliver the wrong oven at first,) but very unimpressed with them going back on their word re cashback (worth approx. £100 so we're not just talking pennies here).

I ordered a Toshiba Blu-ray Player from this company, their website stated that the player was "In Stock" & "Ready for Next Day Delivery". I ordered it and paid for Next Day delivery, the day it was suppossed to arrive I received an email to say that it would take a couple of days (or more), to arrive from their supplier (hardly next day?). I emailed them twice for further information and to raise a complaint and received no reply until I had cancelled the order and then their only reply was a simple "comfirming your order has been cancelled" email. I'm not saying their a bad company overall, but in the future, I wouldn't don't trust that their website contains correct information and I didn't like their lack of responce to my query & questions. Conclusion: If I need somthing for Next Day delivery, I'll go to a Bricks & Morter shop.

Very poor at giving cashback - I chased Topcash several times they finally chased supplie (5 months after purchase) and supplier declined cashback saying purchase not made entirely on line. This completely untrue as purchase was made on line so I would not use this company again.

Beware of the 1.5% surcharge for credit card transactions... This was not disclosed until the point the site has captured your credit card details on the delivery screen.

DO NOT USE, They have taken my money and will not deliver goods. keep getting me to ring my bank, I know they money has gone from my account but they will not accept so I have to pay again !!!! Would you trust them enough to pay again?

Brought a smeg fridge/freezer in March and still waiting for my cashback...they have delieved the item and took my money quick enough....but not too quick to pay my cashback...had to put in a claim and now top cash back said it may take months....maybe they are hoping I will forget about it by then...if your thinking of buying from these cos of the money back, dont bother.

I ordered 3 kitchen appliances worth £1500 earlier this year expecting £50 cashback. One item was delivered damaged and rejected. They couldn't replace it but offered an alternative for the same price which we agreed to. All the cashback was refused because "Order Cancelled or returned" it would seem any excuse not to pay. So be warned!!!

Cashback was tracking before the goods arrived... and they were on next day delivery! Can not fault a thing, best price on my washing machine by £120, next day delivery with an advised 3 hour time slot (very handy) and goodd cashback, whats not to like?

Tumble dryer purchased last night,Sunday 30th October,Topcashback confirms tracking within a day.Goods supposedly cant be supplied until at least 3rd November.When 2/3rd through the process of buying on line I then discovered a clause which claims it could be 28 days for delivery.I hope not,we shall see.

Two stars (I can't use the rating system so writing it here). I would not touch them again for anything requiring instalation. I bought a washing machine which they claimed to test (I was in another room at the time) but they blatantly didn't because there was still water in the machine and when I drained it it went all over the floor. Turned out there was a hole in the tube and Customer Services tried to tell me to put duct tape on it, and seemed surprised when I wanted a replacement. When I did get a replacement they didn't tell the couriers to install it even though I'd paid for it to be installed, and that time I couldn't get through to Customer Services at all. Very shoddy people, I suppose would be ok for a smaller appliance but I don't trust them at all.

Non-existent customer Service, received apliance with scratches on the door. Tried to call customer services several times never got through and have now been told to sort it with the manufacturer after I sent e-mail. Will never use again!!!! Rather pay extra at decent retailer.
