When is a new member not a new member?
I am new to TopCashBack, so took advantage of this offer. I made two orders with the same merchant on the same day. The first cashback offer was successful, but the second was unsuccessful (maybe not surprising in hindsight).
However, I lost ALL cashback on the second order because the "system" was unable to fall back to any kind of default offer, even though the process was completed.

I have purchased David beckham edt from Argos as there was Cashback £10 but … never got Cashback ..get in touch with customer service hope they will sort it out .. very disappointed!
