Delivery service is appalling. Rang to give delivery details. Argos did not take down full address & attempted delivery to wrong place. When phoned to chase order no-one was interested & said it was out for delivery when in fact it had been returned to the depot. Had to make 8 phone calls to chase delivery & eventually cancelled order due to inefficient staff

Goods delivered on time. The cashback was quick to track after the day of purchase (30th October) but only confirmed today. (TCB did warn of the possible delay.)

Bought washing machine a few months back it still hasn't tracked and can;t do it manually as I can't find the origional email witht he reciept which is a pain, so don;t loose it like I did mine... but I see other peoples seems to be tracking ok now so mines might have been a one off

Order placed and confirmed by e-mail from Argos 26/11/09, goods arrived 30/11/09. Argos website and delivery times vg - website v easy to use. Cashback failed to track - cashback claim submitted 12/12/09.

Made a purchase on 29th Sept '09 and again 14th Nov. Both times had to request Cashback and to-date both are 'waiting for Retailer'. This is very disappointing and far too slow tracking. With the cash back % so low Argos is not great.

I have recently been looking for two high sleeper beds. I found Argos to have exactly what I wanted and the price including extra comfort mattresses was the lowest of all the retailers. The store have kept me up to date with delivery detailers. The website is quick and easy to use
