Transaction tracked but incorrectly, causing cashback to be significantly lower than expected. Customer Service ticket raised over 3 months ago and still waiting. No news. Disappointing!

dissapointed with argos , its now 6months still not got my cashback I have given them 3 stars as other cashback has been paidshback ack ack for exercise equipment , first one was faulty so swapped for new one and they declined cashback ,still ongoing so might still get it , but 5 months
