I think Argos has gone from strength to strength on customer service, I had ordered a Table Tennis table for Home delivery and received fabulous service. They had no stock and rang regularly to keep me updated on the delivery status.
The reservation system works well.
A great retailer, good value.

This tracked quickly, but the commission is incredibly small. In fact, if I'd done the maths I'd have realised that the payback was less than the P&P so I would have been better off buying in store rather than online.
