Delivery service was atrocious, items dumped at rear door(actually dropped items om rear path and walked off) no assistance to get large items into house - obvious reluctance to deliver larger items - will not use again!!

Very disappointed with Argos. Didn't acknowledge my order at all. TCB initiated an enquiry but have heard nothing. I won't be spending anything else with them.

Never tracked, never sent confirmation email of order, items were delivered late, couldnt give any order or reference numbers to TopCashBack however TCB paid me out of their own pocket. Thanks for such a great gesture, I will continue to use this site however Argos have lost yet another customer. Well done and thanks to TCB. Keep up the good work.

I am afraid that I had the worse ever experience with Argos. I never had such a bad experience.
I ordered furniture in August and there was some problems so I returned it. It never said on there system and they came for the same delivery again. I had to wait three months till they returned the money.
During that I had to call customer service every week for hours all together and they could'nt give me any satisfactory answer.
I hope that I don't ever get into such trouble like that.......

got tracked real quick but was entitled to the £5 voucher which was not sent out in the post but added to my account. A bit disappointed with that as it was going to be a present for a child.

Initially I had problems with the free delivery code coupon that I had,(as I had to pay it) but I sent Argos customer services an email and they said they would refund my delivery charge (need to check). I received notification of cashbach quick. So overall Good, I would recommend!!!
