I made a purchase from Argos of £229.99, through Topcashback some 8 months ago. It stated at the time, that the payout time was 4 weeks and the amount of cashback would be £13.79. However, despite the fact that my cashback from Argos should have been £13.79 (as advertised), Argos have tried to pay only £2.30. So having waited some 8 months, I have still not received the Cashback. I would never purchase anything from Argos again via TopCashback, since there is clearly no guarantee that the advertised cashback will actually be paid. Topcashback's Customer Services have been endeavouring to resolve the matter, without any success to date.
