Attempted to use argos twice now through TCB, hasnt tracked on either ocassion. Parents had a similar experience and also a friend of ours didnt get the special offer rate they were due instead just the 1% basic rate cashback (losing out on about £30 from the offer stated).

They offered 20% cashback on toys for Black Friday 2016. They gave me less than 1% and I am still waiting a year later for them to put it right. Terrible. Avoid unless you are happy with low cashback and don't believe the special cashback offers.

Did not track on a £800 purchase, currently claim 4 months in with out a sniff of resolution. Many complaining about not tracking or tracking and being declined.

Had a few issues with the cashback for a FIFA 2018 purchase which should have been 20% of the purchase price but was confirmed at 1%. The claim was eventually paid at the correct level of 20% but it was disappointing that I had to raise a missing cashback query to get it resolved.
