Does not honour valid cashback claim even when tracked.
This merchant declined cashback, claiming they had no evidence the order originated from Topcashback, what a load of rubbish, everything else works fine. This merchant clearly didn't want to honour their commitment.
In the end Topcashback customer service offered to grant me the missing cashback themselves. Great customer service from Topcashback, shame on Arran.

Cashback gets declined
Second time I purchased from Arran through TopCashback and my transaction was declined as well as the queries. Really disappointed and frustrated!!

Never get a correct amount of cashback
For my first purchase, Arran just gave me an existing customer’s cashback; the following order was even declined. After appealing, the both orders were remained the same decision. Quite obviously they don’t want to provide cashback.

Varied pay out sadly
I purchase fairly regularly from Arran Sense of Scotland and I love their products. I always order through Topcashback which sometimes represents good value. However half the time my payment is declined by the retailer and I have no idea why! This is very frustrating and inconsistent. Surely it should be paid out each time the same?
