	TCB declined as not a delivery order! I've just checked the tcb Asda George: What will stop you getting cashback. No where does it state this ! Please be aware and take screenshots as someone somewhere is being dishonest !!!

	Purchase never tracks For months now George at Asda purchases never track for me and I always have to lodge a claim. I love George but the lack of tracking cashback is a pain.

	Cashback never tracks Good value for money retailer and great for schoolwear. The main gripe is that the cashback for this retailer never tracks and there seems to be no difference whether you use the mobile or desktop site.

	Never tracks these days. Despite clearing cookies etc, Asda never tracks and I always have to submit a claim. Topcashback are very good at handling this but something needs to be done to prevent this.

	Can't use a gift card to pay I was refused cashback as I used a gift card to part-pay. Never seen that before. Very sneaky Asda :(

	Never tracks and then takes months for claims to materialise I have so many outstanding missing cash back claims at the moment, none of my purchases have tracked resulting in claims. I love George for their products, the ease of purchase and click & collect but the link to Topcashback seems problematic.

	Fail to track All recent transactions have failed to track resulting Customer Service intervention which takes a number of weeks for the cashback to become payable.

	Placed 2 orders and only got cashback on one order. The first order I placed tracked fine and I was notified of the cashback quickly with topcashback. The second order I placed a week later again showed as tracked but George did not track it and I didnt receive any cashback. It was only a small amount so couldnt be bothered to fill out all the customer service forms to get it. But just watch out if expecting a large cashback amount as it doesnt always track.

	Quick response to no tracking issues. payment made Contacted customer services and rasied a claim. 3 weeks later payment was in my account. Totally brilliant service as usual.

	Never tracks This never seems to track. The last 2 times have been with tcb bonuses. I use my iPad and as recommended use a different, non-safari browser but still doesn’t track. Luckily they do track and pay quickly when a claim is submitted. Even more luckily tcb pay out the bonus!

	Useless Bought a microwave online and did not use any other codes or discounts. Complied with all T&C's yet got a message saying my cashback had been 'declined by the retailer'. No explanation....and it's not a great microwave either ??
