Used to be great, but recently I have found that my cashback doesn't track and it will very rarely pay out after a missing cashback claim has been submitted

Spent £109.50 on 5 items. 4 arrived damaged or not as advertised. George CS were useless. I did not receive cashback on the item worth £49 (virtually half the cost of the order!) even though the others were all returned due to THEIR error. TCB did not resolve. Will only buy in person from George now.
