	Cashback never tracks It's great that you can get cashback with Asda every time you have a home delivery from them but they never track! I always have to fill in the missing cashback details and then wait months to see if I'll get any cashback!

	Same as last 2 reviews I haven't had a payout since August and have loads of open claims just sitting there which will most likely get rejected. Please remove asda from site. I use morrisons now.

	MINUS 1 * TERRIBLE!!! Every time I have to put in a Claim for Every transaction! Then wait 60 days on ICE. Then still waiting for over 4 months and still not payable. This was only payable done as a good will. I have about 18 claims still Outstanding ranging from 2 to 5 months. RIDICULOUS!! Top Cashback should DELETE Asda altogether!

	Asda should be investigated No problems with Asda cashback until recently. I have always deleted all past history and also use the Chrome topcashback extension. Now the cashback is shown as pending but then gets changed to declined. I see that it is happening to others so topcashback needs to get it's act together and investigate Asda's new policy of not paying cashback. It has happened at the same time as Asda has made a change at the top of it's Company.

	Terrible I have been using TCB for my Asda foodshops for over 2 years with very few problems. But more recently every shop is being awarded pending cashback of 85p then at the last minute being declined with 0 payout. Not going to bother any more. Seems like a total scam.

	If it could be 0 stars that’s what I would give Since June 2024 my weekly shop stopped tracking, I have 9 shops that I have had to put a missing cash back claim in as they haven’t tracked. I am still waiting 6 months later for an outcome. Why is TopCashback still saying you can get cash back with Asda, as it seems that nothing tracks anymore and so far no money. Strangely 2 did track in December 2024 but that’s as far as we have got. Go somewhere else for you shopping instead of Asda if you want to use TopCashback.

	Cashback Doesn't Track I have shopped with ASDA via TopCashback for years with no problems, then in early Nov it just stopped tracking, raising a missing cashback claim takes months to be investigated, I'm unsure wether any of my claims will be successful as none have been processed yet, the odd missed one can be expected but every time! there's obviously a problem. My cashback with other companies tracks fine.

	Shambles!!! I went to attempt to earn cash back with those CON artists. I thought that the reviews are exaggerated but no they are REAL. I would not bother with them. Met criteria of the cashback and it has been declined - well tracked as a £0 transaction. Top Cashback why are they still on your website? Clearly having poor 2 star rating and loads of people lodging claims against them should make you think about severing ties with them??? Shambles as stated.

	Needs to be removed as they don't do Cashback I started using Asda for home deliveries and went via Top Cash Back, however they never give you the cashback. I have logged this and its now on hold whilst they review. I wish I had read the reviews before and gone with another supermarket who would honour what they claim they would give back. Don't bother with Asda if you are wanting cashback.

	TERRIBLE! Never Tracks, 60 days on “ICE”! This merchant Asda, never ever tracks. Have to Claim for Every transaction. Then it’s put on Ice for 60 days. Still waiting for over 3 months.

	Don't Bother Using I have always shopped with Asda and got the cashback every time albeit a small amount as I am a repeat customer however, for the last year it seems I have not been getting any cashback at all from Asda.

	Constant Declining Previously cashback repeatedly suddenly started declining. It transpired this was because Asda would not pay out if a gift card was used, even though this was not on the T&Cs at the time. TopCashback paid out as a goodwill gesture and the T&Cs were updated to include that and I stopped paying with the gift card as the cashback on the gift card was less than the actual cashback. Since then the cashback amount has reduced considerably so I have gone back to purchasing giftcards through a benefits scheme. The T&Cs no longer say that gift cards are not acceptable, however the claims are being declined again. I don't really expect to be rewarded twice, however it is not particularly clear on what the rules are and the cashback reward is now so small.

	Does not track cashback For most of this year does not auto track cashback. I shop once a week and via desktop and mobile and never tracks. It records the visit as I can manually submitted a missing claim but that is a pain to do for every single shop and not worthwhile for the cashback. I Have messaged customer service a few times about this but still the same issue Also the min spend is £48 so if Asda are out of stock of a few items when they deliver and the value therefore falls below £48 they do not pay cashback (even though not my fault they were out of stock)

	Awful - Declines constantly Used to work and track fine but ever since August its been declining. I spend about £120 a week on delivery and it used to be fine but have had every single one declined since August 2024, waste of time now, don't bother!
