Avoid never tracks
I purchase through top cashback my asda shop and have done regularly it never tracks and I have to put in claims which stay on ice for a ridiculous amount of time to much effort for a very small amount of money!

60 DAYS ON ICE!
Never ever tracks. Have to put in a claim EVERY transaction. Then its put on ice for 60 days. Then have to wait weeks sometimes months for it to become payable, for 85p.
Very poor.

Not worth bothering
I’ve shopped with Asda through the Topcash back several times since joining and not one transaction has tracked. For 1% it’s not worth even trying to get it where others have failed. Disappointing

Terrible experience
Like all the other reviews here, Topcashback recognize the transaction original it was showed up and subsequently declined by Asda. Now raised a ticket to CS.

Never tracks
Even when it says your cashback has tracked it never does. Constantly have to open tickets to try to get my cashback from Asda. Now the % has dropped its hardly worth the hassle of doing cashback.

Tracking seems to have stopped
I was getting cashback regularly from Asda until around June. Since then, nothing in spite of using the link each week for grocery shopping. Submitted a claim, which is hopeless as you have to do it for each transaction. Heard nothing more about it.

Asda doesn't accept my card payment at online checkout
For the past 3-4 weeks orders I tried to submit via Topcashback on the Asda website, just didn't go through. I can only order via the Asda the app, which isn't tracked by Topcashback.

I don't rate it
I regularly received a payment of 85p from asda when I shopped with them through top cash back. However just lately my purchases are tracked but with a zero payment in them, why is this . My purchases with other merchants track okay.

Terrible. Every time have to put in a Claim for the Cashback from Asda. Never tracks. Then it’s put on ice for 60 days! Then have to wait till they decide to pay out!

Very poor
Never tracks, still waiting for some claims from 6 months ago even though more recent claims have been paid. Asda website itself is poor, sometimes it doesn't let me checkout so I have to use the app and lose the cashback. This has been going on for ages.
