Ordered 14th May. So taken nearly 5 months to DECLINE my cashback for NO REASON... I've been on top cashback 2 years earnt over £800 through various transactions and Asda has now declined cashback for the second time. I stupidly gave them another chance after they declined it the first time 18 months ago. Waste of time this retailer. Don't bother using.

Unfortunately my 'New Customer' cashback got declined after over a year of chasing. Did everything as usual (been using tcb for years). I'm now an 'Ex customer'. Very disappointed with Asda!

If I could leave Nill stars I would. I have shopped with asda at least 4 times and on each occasion I have spent over £70 and NOT once have they paid any cashback. Shop at your own risk.
