Tracked at £0.00, then later validated at £0.00, then later became validated at £5.55, received money within about 3 months. Be aware you can't create a query about this retailer, if you don't get the cashback there is nothing at all you can do.

Initially tracks at £0 but they pay eventually after 3 months. Apart from the fact that Asda charged me for groceries that were out of stock, and only refunded me after I complained. It relies on you remember to check your receipt - same as when you shop in store and they charge you full price for groceries that are supposed to be reduced suppose, but you shouldn't have to! Supermarket tricks to con the customer....

It does take a long time to get paid and for it to track at correct amount but all in all good service, I preferr shoping instore really and though instore shopping experience isnt as good as tesco it is much cheaper :)

Because I never got paid for cash back tracked at zero and never got up lifted.
I simply will not use ASDA for my deliveries now.
If they cannot stick to the deal I just wont use them.
Tesco's always pay out.

First of all most of the food only had 2 days before sell by date.
Bread was stale ! Poor very poor service !
one thing i would say was the ASDA web site was very good and easy to use.
Tracked at 0 and never up-lifted.
Now using Tesco for deliveries,the web site is not as good but the service is better and the food is fresh.

Their excuse for non delivery was that they were ' very busy' and the home shopping customer service rep said she did not have the time to 'chase up every little complaint' On the plus side, I got 5.50 back through Cashback :-)

Took a while but have been credited OK. There was a 0.00 entry for a few weeks which changed to 5.50 and has now reached payable status after a few months.

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. SPENT £70 AND TRACKED AT £0, PAYABLE AT £0. CAN'T EVEN RAISE THIS WITH TCB AS DECLINED. PROMISE YOU £5.50 TO SPEND THEN DELIVER NOTHING. ASDA SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM TOPCASHBACK, SO MUCH NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.

ASDA suck compared to Tesco / Sainsbury's. A bumbling driver turned up two hours late and then left without giving me half my stuff. Staff on the phone were just as daft if not moreso, promised a refund and redelivery several times which never showed up. Won't ever use these cowboys again, back to Tesco for me!

Worthwhile shopping online the first time for the discount. But if there is a problem with your order or delivery, then Asda's customer service is appalling.

Would never use Asda again for my weekly shop. I ordered my shopping to be delivered 6-8pm one Friday night. It turned up at 7.55. Most of my fresh produce had THAT DAYS DATE ON IT!!! Therefore was unable to use most of it. I contacted Asda who refunded after a couple of days but I still had to go out to do my family weekly shop which just defeated the object. To top that - cashback took 2 months to track!!! I would not recommend.

cashback failed to track and TCB will not allow me to submit a missing claim. as for the actual service, they over charged drastically on 1 item (charged over £13 instead of £4, which was listed on their website) and 50p extra on another item. so, in summary, not a brilliant service! won't be shopping with ASDA home delivery again.
