Oh my god, what a nightmare!! Delivery service was abysmal, resulting in us going to pick up the order from the shop itself!! And to top it off, tracked at £0.00. Oh well, I've learnt a leson there...

What a joke TCB is turning into.
Mine also showed up as £0.00 but this is normal, according to the info.
I ordered on 02/12/2009 and the payable date is 9 weeks but still £0.00.
Submit claim I tell myself. Fill in the detail only to get this message.
We could not find any valid record of your visit to this retailer on the chosen date.
* We record everytime you visit a retailer, unfortunately, without any records of your visit to the retailer, we cannot progress your claim for this transaction.
Yet there's a line, in my account, on TCB with that date. What's the point in having a well designed account panel if it don't work lol!
TCB used to be the number 1 CB site on the internet. Lately they are 1 from bottom :-(

Like most of the other comments - Cashback not arived, despite nudges and emails. The servce from ASDA was dreadful - lack of communication, missing items and when they finally delivered them they forgot to tell me they were coming so I had to rush home. I will use Tesco next time as it has better customer satisfaction.

I shopped online with Asda for the first time last week. The shopping turned up at the time we expected and they told us which items werent available that was ordered, couldn't fault it.
I just noticed that the order has tracked as £0, will let you all know if and when I get the £5 for registering.

the product here is quite cheap with great offer. It track back as 0.00 at first and take a few month to show as 5.00. but still not validated yet. don't know how long i have to wait for it to be validated and paid. Don't give any cashback for recurrent purchase. customer service great. Product sometimes low quality especially fruit and vegetables. Otherwise everything else ok

1./ cashback not paid.
2./ grocery home delivery unreliable to say the least - they never ever bother to call you to say they will be late.
avoid asda grocery home delivery. completely unreliable and they have no care for their customers.
forget about the £5 - you'll be lucky to get it.

The ASDA cashback promotion is a load of rubbish. I signed up and expected £5 cashback and got nothing. They have also ignored my emails. Voting with my feet. I will choose the other supermarkets before I consider using ASDA in future.
In short, if your reason for using the site is cashback, DON'T DO IT!
