Very slow - pending for several months, then seemed to be stuck at confirmed. Shortly after I raised a ticket with TopCashback, it went to payable - nearly a year after the purchase.

i purchased travel money on 5th august 18 and I am still waiting for the cashback to be paid. it only recently went to confirmed status but is not yet payable meaning the retailer has not paid TC yet so they are not paying me. shocking, wont be using them again.
