I have had an outstanding cashback claim with Asda since July last year. Topcash back has tried their best to chase this up but Asda is not parting with my cashback. I have to say that I am very disappointed with Asda's cashback experience and as for shopping online, it appears that when they are doing the 2 for 1 offers etc, your shopping bill is fine at the end of the transaction but when you check the shopping receipt on arrival, they have actually charged for each individual item so therefore over charging then you have the hassle of having to phone Asda up (0845 number which costs a fortune)to get them to sort this out and this takes 3 days for them to refund your money back onto your card. I have shopped 5 or 6 times with Asda online and each time I have been over charged with their offers so I'm sick of always having to chase Asda up for my refunds. So please be warned - check you customer receipt on delivery to ensure you have not been over charged. As I said, I have had a very disappointing experience and won't be giving them my custom again.

Joined Asda home shopping on 07-01-09 and have still not received my £5 cashback despite putting in a claim and two nudges!
Quite frankly not good enough! On principle will not shop with them again until cashback received, if ever!
