I used ASDA Photo service to order photobooks and mugs.
Great service, quick delivery, lovely books.
However, I am not happy with the amount of time it is taking for them to refund an overcharge on my grocery delivery. So would advise people to check the total carefully on receipt of your goods as it may take some time to rectify later.

Although listed as Asda Groceries it was not actually groceries that I purchased - the cashback applies to anything on the ASda website. Tracked OK and paid when it said it would. Just over two months from purchase to payment.

I also signed up for groceries in December and still not tracked. Offer was £5 to sign up, does not say you have to purchase anything. This is the 2nd time I have delt with ASDA and they have not paid out on any of them. NOT GOOD to deal with. Hope they read their reviews and put all claims through asap.I will not deal with them again.

I also signed up for groceries for the first time in December, I have not received £5 for this transaction, I ordered groceries at the same time a very small amount is visible but not the £5, I also ordered a DVD but this is not trackable as the cashback will be under £1.

I signed up to Groceries on 12/12/2008 and there is no sign of the cashback at all. Since this would not qualify as a "genuine transaction" (does it??) then I cannot submit a missing cashback enquiry to claim the £5. I am hoping that my case is the same as the other user below and that I will recieve the cashback pending after 3months! Better late than never...
