I like used to love ASOS but their quality and sizing has become a bit hit and miss lately. I've ordered from them twice since joining topcashback, once it didn't track at all and once it got declined and I don't know why, so I have put in claims for both...

Each year I purchase at least 4 or 5 gift vouchers from Asos and ever time I have problem trying to get the cash back that they offer. In the past they have eventually paid out but now they claim the purchase wasn't completed through cashback . A waste of time!

Brought stuff totalling £190 expecting 10% cashback for new customers. Never tracked opened a case and got 0.93p not even 1% cashback avoid use else where!!

Possibly my worst experience using Top Cash Back. Used Asos in November last year, they didn't track my order. I raised a ticket, it took 6 months to show and is now in the confirmed sector of my account. However after 12 months and still unable to receive my Cash Back as it has not moved to Payable. I have not used Asos since, the product I brought has come apart and is very low quality. If I could have scored 0/5 starts I would but it made me give them 1.

Return one item and you don't receive cashback on the rest of the items you have retained. Very disappointing considering their free returns policy is so good. Why bother being on topcashback?

No problems at all. Cashback tracked without any issues. It did take a little while to come through compared to other retailers but that's not the end of the world.
