Love Audible and used to get cashback no problem but last six months or so purchases don't track and I have to chase them up, which is a bit disappointing.

Extremely slow to track, had to lodge a claim and nudge it constantly. Finally after I had a rant, someone finally found my transaction and it was confirmed and became payable within a reasonably short space of time. I had put my audible account on hold as I wasn't going to be paying out any more than the minimum 3 months required and finally cancelled my account just before it was due to debit the next payment as I'd given up. Funnily enough the cashback became payable the very next day (call me cynical but I think they were waiting for my next payment before paying) so I quickly claimed my voucher before they changed their mind ;) Choices available on audible were ok but I didn't use it as much as I thought I would. Cancellation process is horrendous and seems to be designed to catch you out and stop you cancelling, very shady.

Read the current small print - If you purchase via a mobile device you will not receive any cashback. I did this before Topcashback added that note...

even though they have 1 month free trial, I purchased the 3 months 3.99 trail as this was best value for me. The cashback became payable in just over 1 month. It was nice not having to wait +6 weeks like other companies.

There's clearly a problem with audible! Having joined and paid ££ for a total of 7 books now, not one, zero, absolutely none have tracked through or subsequently paid out. It's frustrating because every other merchant has paid out. I'm left wondering why some users clearly have success and give audible 5 stars, yet I don't. Why does it work for them and not for me?  Is it an apple v pc problem? I have lodged my claims but the response is always the same. I love audio books and would love to find a solution to this problem. In the meantime, my advice would be, if you're considering joining or purchasing books, try checking your stars to see if it's your lucky day - or not!

Activated free trial, cash back did not track so I submitted a manual claim. Remained a member for a further month and yet Audible declined the cashback as they are allegedly unable to track the sale. Will be cancelling my membership owing to the failure to pay cashback and the fact that the site is frankly expensive, and will also pass along my disappointing dealings with this company to other prospective customers. Not impresses.

When this failed to track I lodged a dispute providing full details of my transaction - I have now just received my response from Topcashback - Resolved but no payout - REASON - "enquiry unsuccessful – Transaction cannot be traced" How can this be when I provided my order number email etc and fulfilled all the requested criteria. Heck this idiots are still sending me emails. I cannot see how my transaction cannot be traced - not impressed. +++++++++++++++++++ AUDIBLE ARE CON MERCHANTS +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! STILL awaiting cashback, it's been a few weeks and I've had to go through TCB's Customer Services. I've sent numerous 'nudges' and STILL waiting. I wish I'd never signed up for this one, especially as I mistook the date by which I needed to cancel the free trial (which has cost me nearly £8.00 as a result). I'm EXTREMELY dissatisfied and amazed to read that other people have had positive experiences!

I did a 30 day free trial via top cash back worth £4.50. The cash back didn't track after a few weeks so i lodge a claim after a month or so i heard back but was told i would not receive my cash back, even after i paid £7.99 for a month of membership. I've now canceled my membership and after only joining for the cash back in the first place iv lost out. Don't bother if i was you.

Cashback failed to be paid. The cashback tracked yet audible failed to pay due to transaction being "untraceable". I signed up for a free trial and converted to a full paying membership - which is still running. I lodged a missing cashback claim which audible swiftly declined on multiple occassions owing to audible being adamant that i didnt sign up for an account. after 3 months topcashback closed my claim as audible simply refused to pay out. Must have been very unlucky

Brilliant Csshback!Was confirmed within hours, and I also recieved a free audiobook! Well worth the free trial - and easy to cancel! Easy money, and a pretty good service... may visit Audible in the future :)
