The worst company ever! Had my car broken into auto glass came out to replace my window the man broke my regulator and tried to blame the person who broke into my car then said I need to get the mechanism fixed which is not the case I've gone to 3 mechanics and they all told me the guy broke my regulator I have now to pay over £150 to get someone to fix it when i put in a complaint for a manager at auto glass to call me back they told me someone would call me back and a week later refunded me 60£ and left me with the glass because they know they done wrong! Worst company ever!! I'm so annoyed dont use them @autoglass ????????

DO NOT USE - Autoglass do NOT fulfil their obligation to provide cashback. My transaction tracked in 2012 and Topcashback advised they have not been able to get the funds from Autoglass.
I suggested Autoglass be removed from the Topcashback site as they do not fulfil their promises!

Autoglass do not honour their cashback claims. They offered a decent sum for booking through TCB, when it came to it they seem to be able to decide not to pay up and TCB are powerless to do anything to deal with them.
You're probably booking because you've got a damaged windscreen but don't expect any silver linings from the transactions!

Not good at all. Claim made June 2010; logged & verified as legitimate. It's taken until now to close with the outcome being that Autoglass would not pay out the £5. In the end I was given apologies from TCB but reminded that cashback was not guaranteed & that companies are not at liberty to pay out, basically if they don't feel like it. I'd not have used Autoglass had I known they were not going to pay out. Not impressed. Plenty of other good experiences though - just a few dodgy retailers using TCB purely as advertising & a revenue stream. Be careful.

Used Autoglass as it was the one used by my insurer. The cashback was to be a bonus. Unfortunately almost a year later they have now declined for no good reason. Followed the procedure to the letter and then followed the TCB claims procedure when the cashback was not forthcoming. To top of this experience, the windscreen fitter disconnected my window washer and I had to spend 2 hours stripping bits of the car off and reconnecting it. The latter is not strictly a TCB issue but it adds to my frustration further.
You will probably be forced to use them by your insurer, but go direct to their website and don't give the affiliate site anything as it will not find its way to you!

Like many others, have had the pleasure of quick tracking, however amount turning to zero when it moves to payable after a month or so.
Not too impressed with service either - had technician appear to carry out chip repair to windscreen only to be advised I would need a windscreen replacement, rebooked and when turned up at their depot for replacement told it was repairable and repair carried out.
So hassle of two appointments and lots of messing around - only to have cashback zero'd.
If you need the work done, they'll do it - but just don't count on the cashback!

was surprised to find autoglass on tcb, but booked a slot (got one for the next day!!) the chap was really friendly and helpful, explained what he was doing, even offered to replace my worn wiper blades (saved me a job!)overall i would recomend them to everyone.
cashback tracked v quickly too

Tracked quickly but turned to zero like many others. I added a claim and after months of pushing TCB finally said they could not get a response from the merchant and I should close the claim.
BEWARE!!! Many people are saying it tracks quickly but this is no use if it doesnt pay out. A few people are now coming back to say the payment turns to zero and I'm sure more will start to show the same.
These companies should not benefit from the increased sales TCB creates if they are not willing to pay!. Will never use again!

Used them twice - in both cases tracked quickly. However BEWARE, in both cases moved quickly to payable at ZERO. First time, eventually got paid but took many months, second time declined though had completed all the tickboxes. NOT HAPPY< NOT IMPRESSED ***NOT RECOMMENDED***

Whilst the cashback offered is very acceptable, I waited from 10:30 till 12:30 in the cold waiting for the company representative to arrive to fit the windscreen. When he did arrive, in fairness it was within the time window, however he had the wrong windscreen which means another day waiting in and wasted.
